HUADA develops high-speed centrifugal compressors and magnetic-bearing machines, with three centrifugal invention patents granted in 2025.
HUADA’s high-speed centrifugal and magnetic-levitation machines, including the HDTB series, combine magnetic bearings with high-speed permanent magnet motors, so the rotating parts run without oil or mechanical contact.
Centrifugal and magnetic-levitation technology is one of HUADA’s R&D focus areas. It combines high-speed permanent magnet motors with magnetic bearings, so the rotating parts run without oil or mechanical contact. The 600 kW HDTC-600 is a magnetic-levitation air compressor.
- Magnetic bearings and high-speed permanent magnet motor technology developed in-house (patent: magnetically suspended air compressor, ZL 2021 1 1041628.2, granted 2024/03).
- Three centrifugal invention patents granted in 2025: centrifugal compressor with volute cooling structure; high-speed centrifugal air compressor; low-noise gas conveying equipment.
- HDTB series (photographed): high-speed magnetic-levitation centrifugal blowers in a cabinet with touch-screen control.
