The HDTC-600 is an oil-free, direct-drive magnetic levitation air compressor on active magnetic bearings, rated 600 kW, 105 m³/min at 8 bar, with four-stage compression, subject to final technical agreement.
Oil-free, direct-drive compressor on active magnetic bearings. With no mechanical contact and no lubricating oil, there are no oil changes, oil filters or oil contamination to manage.
- Four-stage compression (subject to final technical agreement): flow adjustable 67–105 m³/min and pressure 6.5–8.5 bar, so the unit follows air demand.
- Active magnetic bearings with coaxial direct drive; position-sensor accuracy 1 μm; a UPS protects the bearings during power loss.
- Oil-free design: no oil changes, no oil filters, no oil carry-over to manage.
- Online monitoring of outlet pressure, inter-stage pressure, intercooler water pressure, tank level and 13 temperature channels.
